R&R HVAC | Commission-Based Position

R&R HVAC is looking for a motivated, personable, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team full-time! We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, building customer relationships, and helping homeowners find the right heating and cooling solutions for their needs.

This is a commission-based opportunity with excellent earning potential for someone who is driven, confident, and ready to grow with our company.

Responsibilities

Generate new business and develop customer relationships.

Meet with homeowners to discuss their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate heating and cooling systems.
Prepare and present quotes for HVAC installations, replacements, and upgrades.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Identify opportunities to grow the company's customer base and increase revenue.

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable with sales, networking, and building relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous sales experience preferred; HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required.
