Full-Time ICU/Stepdown RN

This nursing role focuses on providing patient- and family-centered care by utilizing the nursing process to address patients’ physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs while respecting individual cultural beliefs and values.

Key responsibilities include integrating evidence-based practice, collaborating with patients and families for education and care planning, minimizing harm through adherence to protocols, and using data to improve care quality and safety.

It requires effective communication, cultural awareness, and clinical assessment skills to deliver safe, compassionate, coordinated care.

Qualifications include a specialized diploma in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), current RN licensure, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS. Experience in acute care, ICU, or step-down units is advantageous.
