What You'll Do

Sales & Customer Experience

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Greet every customer with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Provide honest, confident styling advice on fit, fabric, and overall look.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on fashion trends.
• Lead by example in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Holder & Leadership Responsibilities

• Independently open and close the store according to company procedures.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance.
• Support, motivate, and guide team members throughout their shifts.
• Take initiative to resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Handle cash management, register reconciliation, and closing procedures.
• Maintain a high level of accountability, professionalism, and reliability.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding store operations and team performance.

Store Operations

• Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, merchandising, and displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Support markdowns, inventory accuracy, and daily operational tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet overall store objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Previous key holder, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers.
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• High level of accountability, ownership, and initiative.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time position.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 35.0 per week
