Duties

• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards.
• Support cooking activities by helping with basic food handling and ingredient management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper sanitation and storage of ingredients.
• Help with serving food to guests or staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, hygiene, and equipment use.
• Contribute to inventory checks by helping with stock rotation and reporting shortages or issues.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of basic food handling, safety procedures, and meal preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and front-of-house staff.
