WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate:

• Is reliable and dependable and knows that showing up for every scheduled shift matters·
• Has open availability and is willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business hours
• Works with a sense of urgency and can maintain consistency in a fast-paced kitchen
• Takes personal accountability for their work, station, and responsibilities
• Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling
• Has a strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, proper cooking techniques, recipes, portions, and kitchen procedure.
• Can follow directions, accept coaching, and applies feedback
• Works well as part of a team and understands that kitchen success depends on everyone working together
• Maintains a positive attitude, even during busy or challenging shifts.
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Is willing to learn multiple stations and continue developing their skills
• Wants more than "just a job" and is interested in growth and advancement within the restaurant.

We are currently hiring Full-Time Team members only.

Applicants must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak

business hours, is strongly preferred.

Due to the volume of applications, priority consideration will be given to applicants with open

availability and previous culinary line cook experience.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
