What You’ll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll provide essential nursing care to patients in a safe and secure correctional setting. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct nursing care and treatment to patients
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Performing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
• Responding to medical needs and emergencies
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to support continuity of care
• Educating patients on medications, treatments, and healthy practices
• Maintaining a professional, compassionate approach with every patient

What You’ll Need

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional patient care
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a secure correctional environment
