Full Time Maintenance

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Maintenance Team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites!

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Maintain the exterior of the property in a clean and organized manner; pick up trash and debris around the grounds.
• Test and maintain pool and spa within chemical balance and operational conditions.
• Clean pool area and pool furniture.
• Empty and clean all garbage containers.
• Make keys, change locks as needed and maintain key control operations.
• Shampoo and repair carpets.
• Assist in conference room set up and clean up.
• Complete repairs from Maintenance Request forms provided by Housekeeper.
• Keep storage/maintenance rooms clean and organized.
• Keep an accurate inventory of company tools and maintenance supplies. Provide a written monthly inventory to the General Manager.
• Perform and document all preventative maintenance according to Brand standards.
• Coordinate required inspections of all life safety systems.
• Move furniture as needed.
• Coordinate with the General Manager any subcontractor work.
• Knowledgeable of all current emergency policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 100 pounds without assistance.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
