Full Time Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and clean field house and restrooms at Helling Stadium.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on an assortment of equipment including: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.
• Troubleshoot and perform HVAC repairs to pumps, motors, thermostats, univents, air handlers, and radiators.
• Provide lawncare maintenance including operating lawn equipment, top dressing, overseeding, mulching and aerating district turf areas.
• Provide athletic field maintenance including synthetic turf on football field.
• Complete work orders
• Perform electrical duties including but not limited to troubleshooting and repair of outlets, lights and other district equipment.
• Maintain and perform necessary plumbing repairs including: sinks, drains, faucets, soldering, pipe fitting and new installations.
• Perform general upkeep to vehicles and equipment.
• Perform basic welding, drywall and painting
• Snow removal, salting.

Qualifications:

• Two years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid PA drivers license.
• Ability to operate a forklift, tractor, snow plows, lawn care equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Trade school or Vocational Education preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, basic construction, grounds work.

This position is daylight shift Monday through Friday. Single Coverage Health Benefits Only.
