Full Time Maintenance Technician/Painter

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Job Title:**HOA Full Time Maintenance Technician

Supervisor: Property Manager

General Job Description:

Assist the Managers on duty with the daily operation of a 400 Unit Residential 55+ Community during a 5 day work week.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform simple maintenance repairs inside and outside of the Clubhouse.

· Must be a Problem Solver with good communication and follow up

· Upkeep of the exterior of the Clubhouse and around the

Community.

· Spot Cleaning of the Clubhouse.

· Exterior Siding Repair

· Move Furniture in the Clubhouse, Pool Deck and Sports Bar as required.

· Perform preventative maintenance for fire extinguishers, emergency lights,

kitchen equipment, etc.

· Spackle and Paint Prep Experience

· Caulking and Wood Trim Repair

· Minor Plumbing Repair

· Work Neatly and Properly Clean up Workspace, Tool, and Supplies

· Make Equipment and Supply Requests to Ensure There is Sufficient Stock

· Provide support for events and activities.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

· Be available to be on call for emergencies

· Inspect Property for damage and general upkeep.

· Run Errands as necessary.

· Assist with snow removal/ice melt as needed around the Clubhouse and

community.

· Work in a Professional Manner

· All other duties assigned.

Qualifications for the Job:

Education:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Must have or be able to become Certified in CPR and AED.

Experience:

· At least 3 years of work experience and be able to provide good references

· Computer literate

Key Competencies:

· Must be have good mechanical Skills.

· Must be able to multi task.

· Must take initiative to be self-directed and motivated

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with residents and staff.

· Must maintain a neat, professional appearance.
