About the role

• Support the business by building customer loyalty through a genuine desire to provide excellent customer experiences
• Role model in brand presentation for Duffs Jewellers

Skills and Experience

• Three to four years of management experience in a retail environment, ideally fashion/luxury retail.
• Demonstrated customer relations practice in a variety of settings
• Proven display skills in visual merchandising
• Effective literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to exceed Key Performance Indicators
• Effective staff management
• High level conflict resolution experience
• Receptive to one-on-one performance coaching
