Full time Member Service Representative - Afternoon Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting members with their needs. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist members with inquiries, account updates, and product information
• Provide technical sales support for wireless, jewelry, and other products
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers and basic math skills
• Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and services
• Resolve member complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with members
• Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions
• Basic math skills for accurate pricing and calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
