Location: Riverton | Status: Full-Time | Hours: 10a – 6p | Type: Clerical

Position Summary

The Member Services Coordinator serves as the front-line point of contact for families and members, managing daily check-in/check-out, member accounts, program registration, and front desk operations. This role supports accurate fee collection, documentation, and provides excellent customer service while helping ensure a safe and welcoming Club environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Check members in and out daily; serve as the welcoming face of the Club
• Support parents with Parent Portal registration and account questions
• Create and manage member charges; collect and document payments
• Maintain accurate member and financial records; run reports as needed
• Reconcile daily cash, checks, and online payments with MMS reports
• Contact families regarding outstanding balances and missing paperwork
• Verify authorized pick-up and monitor front entrance for member safety
• Provide basic technical support for the Parent Portal and member management system
• Coordinate with the Finance Department on billing and payment plans
• Perform general clerical duties and support Club events/fundraisers as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Basic understanding of financial processes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Professional, patient, and positive demeanor
