Full Time Mixologist / Bartender

Role

• Looking for passionate bar professionals that want to experiment in a culinary playground. We are adding to our core of 2 mixologists to be in the bar Tues - Saturday.
• Serve the 12 person bar rail and maintain interations with our tasting table.
• Prepare garnish and mise daily, develop menus and simply enjoy the craft.
• Arrival at 3:30 and rotate out times / closures
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar
• Must be willing to work the floor some nights as well

Shifts: Tuesday- Saturday (evenings) 3:30 - 9:00 Tues - Thurs 3:30 - 10:00 Fri - Sat

Restaurant type: Casual Fine Dining

Experience: 1-2 years Bartending (Preferred)

License and certifications:

• Indiana Liquor License (Employee Permit) (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
