Full Time NDIS Support Worker

KeirCare is a Disability Service Provider whose mission is to enable our service users to live wholesome, enriched and indepent lives.

We’re building something different — a model of individualised living and skill development centred around creative solutions. This isn’t your everyday workplace; we’re looking for outside-the-box thinkers who aren’t afraid to try something different to achieve meaningful goals.

At KeirCare, we are looking for people who bring energy, fun and initiative to their work. We want to build a team who motivates participants and turns everyday activities into opportunities for goal achievement and skill development. Whether working on allied health goals, behaviour support strategies, building relationships and community connection, learning to live independently, or supporting participants into employment — we value people who are always thinking ahead, noticing opportunities and helping participants grow.

We offer:

• Support roles that are grounded in genuine human connection.
• On-the-job training and ongoing support to help you build confidence
• A culture that genuinely values wellbeing, collaboration, and teamwork
• A supportive, inclusive, and flexible workplace
• Competative salary and professional development opportunities

We’re seeking applications from passionate, values-aligned people who want to grow with us. Our opportunities are diverse, and we’re open to shaping roles around the right people.

This is a casual position with remuneration in line with the SCHADS Award. Classification and pay level determined based on experience, qualifications and skills. Immidiate start.
