Responsibilities

• Support nursing leadership in an assisted living and memory care community
• Coordinate resident care and guide clinical teams
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Promote safe, person-centered care for residents with dementia
• Oversee medication services and staff training
• Ensure regulatory compliance within the community

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of dementia care and regulatory standards
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
