Full Time Office Assistant - Entry Level

A family-owned Plumbing & Heating business for over 50+ years is seeking a talented individual who is a friendly and reliable team player. You must be organized and enjoy working with the public.

Full-time Monday thru Friday position in an office setting where computer experience is a must. You must be able to multi-tasking and be a quick learner. We use HouseCall Pro for our Plumbing/HVAC software. Plumbing, heating and cooling knowledge is a plus , but we will train the right person. Strong communication skills are needed for our busy office phones while having a pleasant and positive attitude. This position entails, but not limited to: scheduling, invoicing, enter payments and order parts is needed with more duties after training.

We offer paid holidays and vacation with a year end bonus.
