Position Summary
We are seeking a caring and motivated LPN or RN to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role works closely with our providers to support daily clinical operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients, obtain vitals, and perform patient history intake
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatment plans
• Administer medications and immunizations following clinical guidelines
• Perform point-of-care testing (strep, flu, urinalysis, glucose, etc.)
• Handle telephone triage, prescription refills, and patient education
• Manage clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Maintain clean and organized exam rooms; restock supplies as needed
• Support care coordination, referrals and follow-up communication
• Adhere to clinical policies, HIPAA regulations, and best-practice standards

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Ohio
• Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)

Schedule

• Hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
