Full Time - Permanent Sales/Customer Service Representative

SAS Supplier Group, established in 2005, is a leading wholesaler supplying the shopfitting, signage, print & display, building and fabrication industries. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Brisbane team.

This role is a full time on-site position, based in our Acacia Ridge, Brisbane office. 

Duties & tasks:

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities
• Prepare quotes, process orders and manage invoicing
• Follow up leads and convert quotes into sales
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise value
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with sales reps and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery

Requirements & attributes:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales/customer service
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
