The Role

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision

• Carry out goal-driven treatment plans focused on mobility, balance, strength, and independence

• Collaborate closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams

• Contribute to a therapy culture built on autonomy, accountability, and teamwork

• SNF experience is preferred, but motivated new grads are absolutely welcome!
