Full-time Pilates Instructor

Full-Time Position

Elevate Pilates is looking for a professional, passionate and client-focused Pilates Instructor to join our

team in Central, Hong Kong.

We believe great Pilates instruction goes beyond teaching exercises. It is about understanding people,

creating meaningful movement experiences, and helping clients move with greater confidence, strength and

awareness.

THE ROLE

As an Elevate Instructor, you will:

• Teach private Pilates sessions and group classes.

• Assess clients and adapt programming to their individual needs and goals.

• Provide clear, safe and engaging instruction.

• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.

• Contribute to a positive and professional studio environment.

• Work collaboratively with other instructors and management.

• Support studio operations, including front-of-house and client administration when required.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and care of studio equipment.

• Represent the Elevate brand professionally at all times.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS

• A recognised Pilates certification.

• Strong knowledge of movement, anatomy and safe exercise practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A genuine interest in helping people improve through movement.

• The ability to work with clients of different ages, backgrounds and abilities.

• Professionalism, reliability and attention to detail.

• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team.

• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Experience is valued, but character, attitude and potential matter just as much.

We welcome applications from both experienced instructors and instructors who are earlier in their careers

and are looking for the right environment in which to develop.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Full-time position in our Central studio.

• Competitive monthly remuneration with additional compensation for teaching beyond contracted

hours.

• Paid annual leave and MPF as applicable.

• Annual education subsidy for approved continuing education.

• Mentorship and opportunities for professional development.

• A diverse and engaging client base.

• A collaborative team environment.

APPLICATION PROCESS

We want to get to know the person behind the CV.

Please submit:

1. Your résumé (CV).

2. A 2 to 3-minute video answering all four questions below.

Applications without the required video will not be considered.

In your video, please answer:

1. Why are you the right person for this role at Elevate Pilates?
2. Which personal value is most important to you, and why?
3. What strengths would make you a valuable member of our team?
4. Tell us about a challenge, setback or failure you experienced. What did you learn from it?

We're not looking for a professionally produced video. A clear, genuine recording on your phone is perfect.

The video helps us understand your personality, communication style and professionalism beyond what is

written on your résumé.

Please send your CV and video when ready. There is no need to send your academic transcript or

certifications at this stage. We may request these later in the process.

JOIN THE ELEVATE TEAM

If you believe Pilates is about more than exercise, and you value quality teaching, client care, continual
