Full-Time Program Clinician (Passaic County)

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intervention services to assigned consumers
• Performs crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes
• Develops effective service plans and provides consumer with the appropriate referrals to any required services
• Manages consumer caseload and ensures all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program’s standards
• Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers
• Collaborates with treatment team and performs on call duties on a rotating basis

Qualifications

• MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or related field
• Previous experience with the SPMI population
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey
• Valid Driver’s License

Sunday through Thursday, two evenings 1pm-9pm, two day shifts 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-5pm
