- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure proper cost control.
- Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors.
- Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Monitor project progress and assess work completed for valuation and payment purposes.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to verify quantities and completed works.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents for costing purposes.
- Ensure project costs and quantities are in accordance with approved budgets and contractual requirements.
