What they need
Answer the phone for the dealership and taking messages for each department if needed. Greet all customers as they come in
Make coffee, keep up with all coffee bar supplies
Scan Service documents as well as Office Documents
Daily task on V-Auto : mail out Birthday cards to previous customers
Post daily driver sheets and pay them every Thursday
Post daily Gas tickets
Cashier for Service, Parts and take down payments for the sales department
Keep up with the monthly Birthday's and Anniversary's of the Employees and Set up for that months cake and picture.
