Full-Time Recruiter – Remote Hiring

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM PKT
Salary: PKR 85,000/month

We're hiring an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our remote teams in Pakistan across multiple roles and departments.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through your own channels and network
• Screen, filter, and interview candidates
• Finalize shortlisted candidates and schedule final-round interviews with the hiring manager
• Issue offer letters to selected candidates
• Handle onboarding and prepare monthly salaries

Requirements

• Proven experience hiring remote candidates in Pakistan for international companies. Freshers and non-recruiters will not be considered.
• Your own sourcing network and methods. We do not provide any recruitment tools, paid or free.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Full availability for the schedule above
