ABA Support Services is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Lock Haven, Poconos, Scranton, Fleetwood and Reading areas.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, flexible scheduling, no weekends, and competitive pay up to $25/hour based on education, credentials, and experience.

What You'll Do

As a BHT/RBT, you'll work directly with children to help them develop meaningful skills and make progress toward individualized goals.

You'll implement treatment plans under the guidance of our clinical team, collect data, collaborate with supervisors, and provide one-on-one behavioral support in settings such as homes, schools, clinics, and the community depending on your assigned cases.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in candidates with backgrounds in psychology, education, behavioral health, ABA, childcare, social services, or other related fields—as well as experienced BHTs and RBTs looking for their next opportunity.
