We are a nurse-led organization seeking a seasoned and motivated Registered Nurse for our Clinic & Mobile IV Therapy operations.

We are looking for an experienced RN or NP who is confident leading teams, overseeing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, adaptable, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, and compassion
• Provides confident leadership and supports team development
• Effectively manages and oversees daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, staffing, and training
• Possesses the ability to quickly assess and resolve operational challenges
• Adapts easily to changing priorities, processes, and business needs
• Maintains a strong working knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
• Upholds the highest standards of guest care, safety, and professionalism
• Must hold a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (KS or MO)
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional RN experience
• Previous leadership, management, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
