Full Time Retail Sales Associate

Covenant Apex Solutions is seeking a driven, customer-oriented Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Austin team, representing a top national wireless brand. We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy meeting people, learning about technology, and helping customers find wireless products and plans that fit their needs. Whether you have retail sales experience or are completely new to wireless, we provide the training and support to help you get started.

As a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers daily, guiding them through smartphone options, plan details, upgrades, and service features. You will leverage interactive, informative conversations to build sales skills, deliver outstanding service, and achieve both personal and store sales targets.

What a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate Does Day to Day

• Engage with customers in person to understand their wireless needs and recommend relevant phones and plans.
• Explain pricing, promotions, wireless services, features, and upgrade options in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
• Assist customers with new activations, account changes, upgrades, and plan selections.
• Build strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions about smartphones, devices, and wireless services.
• Identify sales opportunities by listening to customers and understanding their preferences and budget.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the retail sales experience.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming retail environment while supporting individual and team sales goals.
• Continue developing sales, communication, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills through training and coaching.

What We Look For in a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

• Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or telecommunications is a plus.
• Comfortable communicating with customers face-to-face in a retail environment.
• Friendly, approachable personality with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward sales goals.
• Coachable and willing to learn wireless products, sales techniques, and customer service strategies.
• No wireless experience is required; training is provided for motivated individuals.

Pay: $3,900.00 - $5,000.00 per month
