Full-Time Retail Sales Associate | 5 Days Work Week | Basic + Comms Up To $2800

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Provide attentive customer service and share product information confidently
• Work towards store sales targets and build relationships that encourage repeat visits
• Handle payments and cashier duties accurately
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Receive, organise and replenish stock, and assist with inventory checks
• Keep merchandise displays attractive and the store clean and organised
• Assist with online customer enquiries, order preparation and promotional activities
• Support social media content and live-selling activities when required

About you

• Friendly, approachable and customer-service oriented
• Interested in fashion, accessories and discovering new brands
• Responsible, organised and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales-driven and comfortable engaging with customers
• Preferably at least one year of retail or customer service experience. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Willing to learn product details, store systems and digital sales tools
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience with social media or live selling is a plus
