Full-Time RN – Circulating / PACU (Management Experience Required)

Schedule: Full time, Monday – Friday. No call, no weekends.

About the role
We're a QUAD A–certified ambulatory surgery facility in the DFW area seeking an experienced full-time RN with management experience to work across our OR and PACU. This is a key position on our clinical team for a nurse who can circulate with confidence, recover patients safely, and help lead day-to-day nursing operations.

What your week looks like:

• Full time, Monday through Friday, daytime hours ([e.g., 7 AM to 3–5 PM])
• No call and no weekends
• Elective cases with a healthy (ASA 1–2), screened patient population

What you'll do

• Circulate for surgical cases from patient arrival through handoff to recovery
• Provide post-anesthesia care in PACU, including monitoring, pain management, and discharge teaching
• Serve as the patient's advocate and safety champion throughout the perioperative experience
• Maintain sterile technique and manage the surgical environment
• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and surgical staff
• Help oversee daily flow, staffing coordination, and compliance with QUAD A standards
• Complete accurate, timely documentation in our EMR
• Partner closely with our surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs

What we're looking for

• Active Texas RN license (or compact state license) in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of circulating experience (ASC or hospital OR)
• PACU experience
• Prior nursing management, charge, or supervisory experience
• CNOR or CPAN certification a plus, not required
• A reliable, calm, and approachable leader who sets the tone for the team
