OC Apex CA is looking for motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Full-Time Sales Assistants. No previous sales experience is required; we provide the training, coaching, and support you need to get started and grow.

As a Full-Time Sales Assistant, you’ll work directly with customers and learn how to build strong customer relationships and support sales and marketing efforts for trusted brands such as AT&T. You’ll work alongside experienced team members who will help you develop your communication, sales, and leadership skills along the way.

Full-Time Sales Assistant Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through outreach, lead generation, and existing customer relationships
• Speak with customers in person and introduce them to AT&T’s products, services, offers, and benefits
• Answer customer questions and provide friendly, helpful support
• Follow up with customers to make sure their questions and concerns are addressed
• Assist with sales transactions and service enrollments while completing required documentation
• Work with team leaders to help reach daily and team sales goals
• Stay up to date on products, services, and industry trends
• Participate in team meetings and training to build your sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Represent AT&T with professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude
• Work closely with teammates to create a supportive and successful team environment

Full-Time Sales Assistant Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• No previous sales experience required; customer-facing experience is a plus
• Positive, motivated, and willing to learn
• Friendly and comfortable talking with different types of people
• Helpful and understanding when working with customer questions or concerns
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented with a willingness to take coaching and feedback

Pay: $4,100.00 - $6,000.00 per month
