Position: Full-Time Variable Footwear Sales Advisor

Location: Paul Byron Shoes, Roscommon,

Contract Type: Full Time Variable Rate of Pay: €14.15 per hour

Hours: 30-37.5 hours per week

The Role: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Footwear Sales Advisor to join our team in our Roscommon Store on a full time variable contract. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Assisting customers in selecting the perfect footwear to meet their needs.
• Maintaining store presentation standards, including stock displays and cleanliness.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.

What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for retail and excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail environment (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
