As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for driving sales through exceptional service, styling advice, product knowledge, and merchandising efforts. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers warmly.
• Offer styling advice and personalized fashion recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and the inventory of boutique products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits.
• Operate the POS system accurately for sales transactions.
• Handle cash and perform cash-handling duties with precision.
• Assist with merchandising and maintain visually appealing displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Upsell and cross-sell products by identifying customer needs.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person and over the phone.
• Contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, style, and customer engagement.
• Proven retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
