Full time server / back up bartender

Duties

• Server to take food and drink orders using TOAST POS system. cross training on bar will be required.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and/or dining space.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management, ensuring prompt service during busy hours.
• Looking to add a part time bartender and a part time server, who enjoy a local atmosphere with established customers, as well as visiting tourists.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant work, fine dining, nightclub service, or banquet experience is required.
• Familiarity with POS system TOAST is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude; ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be 18 years or older with the legal right to serve alcohol where applicable; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
