Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Full Time Servers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, expertly handling food and beverage orders, and creating a lively, welcoming environment. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Process all sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and drink options to enhance guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or sports bars
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and the ability to build guest relations
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities

Pay: $23.64 - $28.47 per hour
