Synergy Care is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Carriage House Manor, a skilled nursing facility in Sulphur Springs, TX.
Join a supportive rehab team focused on patient-centered care, dysphagia management, cognitive therapy, and communication disorders in a SNF/long-term care setting.

Qualifications:
