Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Full Time Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate cash handling records
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food presentation, serving, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
• Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow

Skills

• Food preparation experience and knowledge of food handling procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
• Cashiering experience and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
• Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
• Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Upselling abilities to promote menu items and increase sales potential
