Full-Time Storage Facility Manager

Acorn Mini Storage & U-Haul in Kissimmee,FL is looking for a Store Manager to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our family-owned business. The ideal candidate would have the ability to multi-task and respond to customer needs with professionalism and a positive attitude. This position is full-time. Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 6:00pm. Must be a hard-working individual with ability to work in a fast paced environment renting storage units and U-Haul trucks.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Skills- multitasking on the phone and in person.
• Problem-Solving Skills- We help customers decide what works best for them.
• Organizational Skills- good record keeping and attention to detail.
• Computer skills- use computer software to manage our facilities.
• In-person and Phone Call Reservations of Storage Units and U-Hauls
• Renting U-Haul Trucks & equipment (including driving trucks and hooking up tow trailers)
• Payment Processing & Collections
• Sales of packing and moving supplies
• Cash drawer balancing
• Ensure that all buildings, units, and grounds are clean and presentable for customers
• Resolve customer service issues
• Outgoing, energetic, customer oriented.

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual Spanish Speaking Required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/ sales experience.
• Must be able to lift at least 75lbs.
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
