Full-Time Store Associate

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate and help create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer! In this hands-on role, you’ll provide excellent customer service, prepare smoothies and smoothie bowls, assist with juicing, and help keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.

We’re looking for dependable, enthusiastic team members who enjoy working with customers, staying active, and being part of a team.

Position & Availability Requirements

This is a permanent, year-round, full-time position averaging 35–40 hours per week, with two days off per week. This is not a seasonal or temporary role.

Applicants must be available to work within the following operating hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Sunday: 1:00 PM–6:00 PM

Availability on both Friday and Saturday is mandatory. Candidates must be consistently available to work both days. Weekly schedules will include two days off and will be based on business needs.

Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are essential.

Physical requirements include:

• Standing and remaining active for extended periods.
• Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
• Assisting with juicing approximately one to two times per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Prepare made-to-order smoothies and smoothie bowls.
• Assist with juicing one to two times per week, including preparation and cleanup.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Stock shelves, replenish products, and assist with inventory.
• Answer customer questions and phone inquiries professionally.
• Promote store specials, loyalty programs, and products.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with the team and follow food safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Juice bar, smoothie shop, coffee shop, or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work both Friday and Saturday.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willing to assist with juicing one to two times per week.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems are beneficial.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
