Job Description

The Stag Offchurch is a busy, family-run country pub serving quality homemade food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time Supervisor to join our hardworking team.

The ideal candidate will be confident in leading a team, delivering excellent customer service and supporting the management team with the smooth day-to-day running of the pub.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
• Assisting management with daily pub operations.
• Leading shifts and ensuring service runs smoothly.
• Training and motivating team members.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues professionally.
• Opening and closing the pub when required.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality is preferred.
• A friendly, professional and positive attitude.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
