FULL TIME TEAM MEMBER

Exciting news! We're opening up a new location in Dunnes Cornelscourt later this Summer!

At Sprout, our Team Members are the heart of what we do. You're the face of the company — the one customers come back to see, as much as they come back for the food. From delivering warm, human interactions to helping the team keep the place humming, this is a role for someone who cares about people, pace, and good food.

We are looking for full-time applicants only. This is more than just a job, it’s a chance to grow, have fun, and be a BIG part of a close-knit team that loves what they do.

• Restaurant Ready – Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and set up for success throughout the day.
• All-Rounder – Get hands-on experience across our service line: till, toppings, mix – you’ll learn it all.
• Detail-Oriented – You’ll follow checklists to make sure every dish looks and tastes great.
• Menu Confident – Learn our menu so you can guide customers and recommend dishes with confidence.
• Safety Champion – Help the team stay on top of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

• Values-Driven – You show up with a good attitude and live the Sprout values.

What We’re Looking For

• You don’t need experience for this role, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn. Here’s what we’re looking for:
• Good Level of English - You can understand instructions and communicate confidently with customers and the team.
• Curious & Willing to Learn – You take feedback well and are keen to grow.
• Reliable – You turn up on time and take pride in doing a good job.
