Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently and according to established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and swiftly
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures
• Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
• Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper food storage practices

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; eager learners are welcome!
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering is highly desirable
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
