This is a full-time position expected to average 30+ hours per week. Full-time Team Members must have availability that meets the staffing needs of the restaurant, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Member, you’ll learn multiple positions throughout the restaurant and work together with your team to provide a great experience for every guest.

• Provide friendly, Heartfelt Service to every guest
• Take orders accurately and operate the register
• Prepare hearty and flavorful food according to Firehouse Subs standards
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, organized, and ready for guests
• Work with urgency and accuracy during busy periods
• Help teammates wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Learn and work multiple positions throughout the restaurant
• Follow recipes, procedures, food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards

Position Requirements

• Oregon Food Handler Certificate required
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb a ladder
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
