Full Time Team Member

Valor Agency TX is expanding its team in the Dallas area and is looking for a Full Time Team Member to support in-person nonprofit fundraising and community outreach campaigns. Our work connects nonprofit organizations with the communities they serve through face-to-face marketing, fundraising initiatives, and direct public engagement.

As a Full Time Team Member, you will represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and promotional locations, introduce people to important causes, and help create meaningful conversations that encourage community support. This is an onsite, full-time opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build professional experience in a purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do as a Full Time Team Member

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, promotional locations, and local outreach campaigns.
• Introduce campaign missions and initiatives to members of the community through professional, face-to-face conversations.
• Educate the public on nonprofit programs and explain how individual support can contribute to the organization’s goals.
• Build positive relationships through clear communication, active listening, and a professional approach.
• Participate in fundraising and community outreach activities while working toward daily campaign goals.
• Maintain accurate activity and performance information throughout each campaign.
• Work closely with other Full Time Team Members and leadership to improve communication, campaign execution, and overall results.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, fundraising, marketing, leadership, and professional development.

What We’re Looking For in a Full Time Team Member

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or community outreach is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable speaking with different types of people in an in-person environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated by measurable goals and personal development.
• Able to accept coaching, apply feedback, and work effectively with a team.
• Professional, dependable, energetic, and willing to learn.
• Available for a full-time onsite schedule in the Dallas area.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per week
