What You'll Do

• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care tailored to each client's needs.
• Build and manage your own caseload while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
• Participate in clinical consultation, and for LAPCs, receive supervision as you work toward independent licensure.

Qualifications

We're seeking clinicians who:

• Hold an active Pennsylvania license as an LAPC, LPC, LCSW, or Psychologist (PsyD or Ph.D.)
• Hold a Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Are authorized to work in the United States.
• Have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or families.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Are eligible for credentialing with major insurance carriers (or eligible upon full licensure, where applicable).
• Are organized, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Are passionate about serving the mental health needs of our community.
