Key Responsibilities
Client Request & Travel Coordination:

• Manage day-to-day client travel and concierge requests, ensuring flawless execution and exceeding expectations.
• Work closely with suppliers, hotels, and service providers to curate luxury travel experiences.
• Update internal dashboards to ensure seamless communication between teams.

Problem Solving & Execution:

• Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle last-minute changes with agility, ensuring that any adjustments maintain the highest level of service.
• Maintain a keen eye for quality control, ensuring all bookings, itineraries, and requests are accurately managed.

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in luxury travel, private concierge, hospitality, or executive assistance.
Experience working with high-net-worth clients in industries like private banking, hospitality, or luxury retail is a plus.
Strong background in customer service, client relations, or travel management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of service.
Flexible schedule availability, including some weekend availability.
