Full-Time UGC Creator (E-commerce / Faceless Content)

About the Role

We are an e-commerce beauty brand specializing in stylish press-on nails, and we're on the hunt for a dedicated UGC (User-Generated Content) Creator to elevate our online presence.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creative vision to life, working with a dynamic team to produce captivating content for Instagram and TikTok. You'll be instrumental in showcasing our products in a chic, aesthetic, and aspirational way, with a particular focus on well-groomed hands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Content Creation: Film engaging UGC-style videos, product demos, and tutorials 1-2 times per week, specifically optimized for Instagram and TikTok.
• Visual Storytelling: Develop fresh, outside-the-box content ideas that align with current beauty and lifestyle trends, resonate with our target audience, and drive engagement.
• Content Planning: Actively assist with team brainstorming sessions and manage content production schedules.
• PR & Community Management: Respond to PR inquiries via platforms like Upfluence and support social media engagement efforts to foster and grow our online community.
• Brand Representation: Ensure all published content consistently reflects our brand's aesthetic, high quality, and core messaging.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Experience: A strong background in creating compelling content for e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle brands is essential.
• Creative Flair: You are highly creative, innovative, and possess a deep understanding of what makes content go viral or perform well on social media.
• Camera Confidence: Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, especially for product-focused and instructional content.
• Aesthetic & Presentation: You have naturally well-groomed, camera-ready hands and nails, as these will be a frequent focal point in our videos. A chic and aesthetic personal presentation is a must.
• Reliability: You are proactive, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively with our team.
• Location Requirement: Must be located in Cebu and willing to report to our office in Basak-Sudtunggan, Lapu-Lapu City every workday.
