Job Summary

Handle vehicle and traffic management within a 5-star hotel property, ensuring safety and a pleasant arrival experience for guests while supporting the valet team with luggage handling and related tasks.

Responsibilities

Manage vehicle movement within the hotel property to ensure smooth traffic flow and safety

Direct vehicles into designated parking areas to optimize space and efficiency

Handle loading and unloading of luggage to and from vehicles carefully and efficiently

Manage taxi queues to maintain order and reduce wait times for guests

Communicate bilingually in English

Practice and enforce safety measures for self, guests, and vehicles at all times

Endure standing for long hours during shift duties to maintain operational presence

Provide a welcoming and pleasant arrival experience to hotel patrons through courteous and professional interaction

Perform shift duties as scheduled to maintain continuous service coverage

Assist the valet team with similar assignments as needed to support overall operations

Required competencies and certifications

Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate a positive work attitude and honesty to maintain trust and reliability

Exhibit good eyesight and polite demeanor to ensure safety and guest satisfaction

Other Information

Meals are provided, including Halal

Working hours: 10-hour shift work , 5 or 6 days per week
