Key Responsibilities of the Full Time Verizon Associate

• Drive Sales: Identify opportunities to recommend additional Verizon products and services based on customer needs.
• Close Sales: Guide customers through the decision-making process and confidently move qualified opportunities toward completion
• Engage With Customers: Build rapport, understand their needs, and create a professional, welcoming experience.
• Present Verizon Products: Explain available products, services, features, and benefits in a clear and approachable way.
• Support Sales: Help customers find solutions that fit their needs, answer questions, address concerns, and support successful sales.
