Full Time Verizon Associate

Arcline Consulting Inc is hiring a Full time Verizon Associate for an opportunity focused on customer engagement, communication, and customer support. We’re looking for someone who can build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and communicate Verizon services in a clear and professional way.

This position is well suited for an entry-level candidate who is motivated to learn and interested in developing strong customer-facing skills. Previous customer support experience can be helpful, but a willingness to learn and a professional approach are essential.

Core Responsibilities of a Full Time Verizon Associate

• Start meaningful conversations with customers in person and establish a friendly, professional rapport.
• Learn Verizon services and stay informed about product features, benefits, and available options.
• Ask questions and actively listen to determine what customers are looking for before discussing potential solutions.
• Present Verizon service information in a clear and straightforward manner while responding thoughtfully to customer questions.
• Guide customers through appropriate enrollment steps while maintaining accuracy and a customer-first approach.
• Follow up on customer interactions and keep daily customer support activities, customer information, and assigned responsibilities organized.
• Collaborate with teammates to share ideas, support customer needs, and contribute to a positive and goal-oriented work environment.

What We’re Looking For in a Full Time Verizon Associate

• High school diploma or GED required; college education is welcome.
• Confident and professional communication skills with the ability to connect with different customers.
• Friendly personality and a genuine interest in customer service and relationship building.
• Willingness to learn Verizon products, enrollment processes, and customer engagement techniques.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities.
• Retail, telecommunications, or customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
