Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR)

Are you an experienced veterinary CSR who loves helping pets and their people? Ridgecrest Animal Hospital is looking for a reliable, friendly, and experienced Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of veterinary medicine, provides exceptional client service, and can make clients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through our doors.

Position Details

• Pay: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience
• Hours: 35–40 hours per week
• Schedule: Every other Saturday is required
• Position: Full-time
• Experience: Previous veterinary reception or CSR experience required

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.
• Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow team members.
• Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly.
• Provide compassionate, understanding service to clients during both routine visits and difficult moments.

• Previous experience as a CSR or receptionist in a veterinary hospital is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them.
